PGL will host the second Major of 2026 in Singapore

PGL has announced the second Major of the 2026 season — the tournament will take place in Singapore from November 25 to December 13. The championship will feature a $1.25 million prize pool, and the format will include three stages with 32 teams competing.

The playoffs will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, a venue that seats around 12,000 spectators. The tournament will conclude with a best-of-five grand final that will determine the new champion.

The Singapore Major will be the first event of this scale in Southeast Asia. Previously, the region hosted The International in Dota 2, and for PGL this will be their fifth Major following events in Krakow, Stockholm, Antwerp, and Copenhagen.

Representatives of Singapore’s tourism board noted that expectations for the tournament are high. According to them, the event will attract many fans and help strengthen Singapore’s status as a global destination for major esports competitions.
