TYLOO win FISSURE Playground 1, defeating Astralis in the grand final

Chinese team TYLOO secured victory at the LAN tournament FISSURE Playground 1, marking their first-ever international title outside of Asia.

In the best-of-five grand final, TYLOO beat Astralis 3-1 and earned $150,000 in prize money. This achievement pushed the team to #7 in the global VRS ranking.

The standout player of the final was JamYoung, who was later named the tournament MVP by HLTV.

TYLOO went undefeated throughout the tournament: they beat Virtus.pro (2:0) and Astralis (2:1) in the group stage, followed by 2-0 wins over 3DMAX and SAW in the playoffs, before overcoming the Danes once again in the final.

The next event for the Chinese squad will be IEM Cologne, kicking off on July 23.
