Both tournaments will be take place in the same venues – the German tournament will be held at LANXESS Arena, while the Australian event will be hosted by Rod Laver Arena. The tickets bought for this year will remain valid for 2021; however, they can be refunded until the end of 2020.

This August ESL will organize a replacement event for ESL One Cologne, which will be held without live audience. The event is scheduled for August 21st – 30th; however, the company is not ready to share additional information at the moment. It remains unknown whether the tournament will be held completely online, similar to the latest season of ESL Pro League, or it will be played in venue closed to viewers, which happened this March to IEM XIV – Katowice.
