Mousesports Win GGBET Ice Challenge 2020
Mousesports have defeated Natus Vincere in the grand finals of GGBET Ice Challenge 2020, claiming $125,000 in prize money. The runner-up received $50,000.
Mousesports, led by a seasoned veteran Finn "karrigan" Andersen, managed to finish the series against the most successful CIS squad with the 3-1 score in their favour. They won the first two maps – Dust II (16:14) and Inferno (16:8), lost at Train (11:16) and outplayed their opponents at Nuke (16:9).
Earlier Mousesports placed first in their group after defeating MAD Lions (2-0) and Virtus.pro (2-0). In the semifinals they faced MAD Lions once again, this time finishing the series with the 2-1 score.
