ForZe Emerge Victorious at DreamHack Open Winter 2019
The Russian team forZe has placed first at DreamHack Open Winter 2019, claiming $50,000 in prize money. In the grand finals of the event they outplayed the Danish team Tricked Esports with the 2-1 score.
ForZe, who were directly invited to the event, started the competition by placing first in Group A after losing to Tricked Esports (10:16) and defeating MARSKALK (2-0) and Furia Esports (2-1). In the semifinals they outplayed CR4ZY (2-0). In the grand finals forZe lost at Virtigo (14:16), but emerged victorious at both Inferno (16:11) and Train (16:9).
DreamHack Open Winter 2019 took place on November 29th – December 1st in Jönköping, Sweden and featured a $100,000 prize pool.
