Ninjas in Pyjamas Release Universe
The Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pyjamas has released the American player Saahil "Universe" Arora from their Dota 2 roster due to being unable to continuously practice and compete because of the COVID-19 situation.
Universe, mainly known as a member of Evil Geniuses and the champion of The International 2015, joined Ninjas in Pyjamas last September. Being part of the team, he placed 3rd at DreamLeague Season 12, 5-6th at DOTA Summit 11 and 7-8th at both ESL One Hamburg 2019 and WePlay! Bukovel Minor.
NiP are currently participating in ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Online, where they play with two stand-ins – first they played with Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev on offlane and Milan "MiLAN" Kozomara on semi-support, while later Evgeniy "Blizzy" Ree replaced RAMZES666. In the group stage they outplayed Alliance (2-1) and lost to Team Secret (0-2).
